About the Community Safety Team
Our Community Safety Ambassadors are here to support everyone who lives, works, and visits Osborne Village.
They are trained in community care practices grounded in Indigenous teachings, with a focus on respectful de-escalation, first aid and CPR, and alcohol- and drug-related crisis response.
What They Do
Our Ambassadors can provide:
SafeWalks for residents, workers, and visitors
Well-being and overdose response
Environmental safety checks and sharps removal
Support connecting people to outreach and social services
