Join Us for the Annual Osborne Village Community Clean-Up
We’re looking for volunteers to help make Osborne Village cleaner, greener, and more beautiful.
Whether you’re a long-time resident or just want to give back to the community, this is a great opportunity to connect with neighbours, enjoy the outdoors, and make a real difference. All supplies will be provided, and you’ll receive your clean-up route when you arrive. Refreshments will be available, courtesy of our food sponsor, Safeway.

Location: River and Osborne circle (469 River Ave)

Please return all supplies to the meeting location when you’re done.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be given a route to follow?
Yes. Routes will be predetermined and shared with you at check-in. If you arrive late, a team member will be at the meeting point to assist you.
Do I need to stay for the full event?
Not at all. You're welcome to join for as long as you're able. Just return your supplies to the meeting spot before you leave.
Can I volunteer with friends?
Definitely. Bring your friends and we’ll send you out together.
What kind of trash should I pick up?
Please use gloves or a litter picker at all times. For sharp objects, use only a litter picker. If you come across items like discarded clothing or anything you're uncomfortable handling, let a member of the Osborne Village BIZ team know and they will take care of it.
What if I can’t volunteer on May 10?
No problem. From spring through fall, a group of volunteers meets on Sunday mornings (9am to 11am) to clean up around the neighbourhood. Email us and we’ll connect you with our Community Lead Volunteer, Dan.
