Culture roots in the Village Series

This free to attend gathering encourages the sharing of an item or a story of cultural significance.

This item might be a photograph, piece of clothing, work of art, musical tradition, family custom, language, food-related tradition, or something that travelled with you or has been passed down through generations.

Participants will share what they brought and tell us why it matters. You don’t need to be a professional storyteller or performer, this is simply an opportunity to listen to one another, share , and learn about the histories and traditions carried by people in our own community.
